Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be put on hold until the pre-order item becomes available. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. If you need your order by a specific date, please email hello@growinguptoys.com
We cannot be held responsible for the timing and work of third parties and companies, but we will try our best to do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the toys as soon as possible.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Damages
Growing Up Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We cannot be held responsible for the work of third parties, but we will try our best to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
Lost or returned packages
Growing Up Toys is not responsible for lost packages.
